The first date is an overview of the program and to schedule an appointment with a dietician. A fitness assessment is also included. The following 10 weeks cover fitness, nutrition and behavior modification.
The program also includes free use of the Fitness Center.
The Seminar session is Monday 1/13.
Classes run Monday evenings on the following dates: 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24, 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 3/23, and 3/30.
