The four session childbirth class series (once a week), focuses on giving moms and their support people the knowledge and skills necessary to handle labor, birth and a variety of delivery situations. Since class is spread out over a four week time frame there is more opportunity to build on comfort and relaxation skills and to enjoy the camaraderie of other moms, dads and support people.
