Are you trying to find a weight loss program that really works? TheTrim-A-Weigh 10-week weight management program may be the answer to your weight loss battle. This new program brings together a registered dietitian, clinical psychologist and exercise physiologist to produce the results you are looking for.
First date is an overview of the program and to schedule an appointment with the dietitian and for a Fitness Assessment. The following 10 weeks cover fitness, nutrition and behavior modification. The program also includes free use of the Fitness Center and cooking demonstrations in which you create take home recipes.
This program runs Monday evenings on the following dates: 2/18, 3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25, 4/1, 4/8, 4/15, 4/22, 4/29 and 5/6.
