This childbirth program is presented in two parts to enhance the relaxation component of childbirth. Information is given regarding the birth process, comfort measures and medication with an emphasis on the importance of physical and emotional support during the birthing process.
This two session program is Thursday evenings 7:30pm to 9:30pm, and Saturday mornings 9:00am to 1:00pm.
A tour of the Maternity Center is given during Saturday's class.
