The One Day Childbirth class is offered periodically for moms and support people who have a very busy schedule. Information included will be a review of labor and birth and the breathing and relaxation skills to enhance any labor experience.
A light breakfast and two tickets to purchase lunch in the cafeteria will be given with each registration.
A tour of the Maternity Center is given at the end of class.
