Strengthening inner awareness can support you to more skillfully manage life challenges and help you move toward your life's goals. This 5-week program will introduce mind and body awareness practices to help you notice the interplay of thoughts, emotions and physical sensations and how they influence behavior. Weekly topics, interactive group activities and discussions and suggested home practice between weekly sessions will reinforce your awareness of conditioned responses to life circumstances and discern and experiment with more purposeful actions to apply in your personal life.

Participants have the option to schedule a private mentoring session to support the application of the techniques learned in this program.
