An introduction to basic yoga poses designed to enhance balance and increase flexibility. Less intense than traditional yoga, this course is ideal for seniors, pregnant women and those recovering from injuries. This class emphasizes stretching, coordination of movement and attention to alignment.
Participants are asked to wear loose, comfortable clothing, they may bring a pillow & mat.
This is a 8 week session. Classes are every Wednesday evening January 9, 2019 through February 27, 2019.
